Yes, the best way would be to take the Havas Coach to Bakirkoy, take the seabus to Bostanci and then take another Havas Coach to Sabiha Gokcen. You'll avoid all the traffic but the seabus service ceases at 9pm-ish. If you're travelling at night then a lot of public transport isn't available and it would probably be best to get a taxi.

Metro to Zeytinburnu. Tram to Eminounu. Ferry to Kadikoy. Bus to Sabiah Gokcen (service E10).

Journey time 3.5 hours if you get good link ups, but should be no longer than 4.5 hours.

Alternative....

Metro to Zeytinburnu. Tram to Kabatas. Funicular to Taksim. Havas bus to Sabiah Gokcen.

or.....

Metro to Zeytinburnu. Tram to Tunel. Tunel to Taksim. Havas bus to Sabiah Gokcen.

Could do Havas bus from Attaturk to Taksim and then Havas bus to Sabiha Gokcen. The bus goes from Attaturk every half hour - usually one waiting outside terminal and then the bus goes from Taksim to Sabiha once an hour on the hour. Difficult to time exactly because of traffic, if not rush hour, Attaturk to Taksim 40 mins and then Taksim to Sabiha can take the same, but if it is rush hour could double those times.
