hi dave2169 , i think there might be a difference , or so i have been told , i'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong , but i was told the nightclubs which operate out of towns , are places of ill repute , and disco's are just that { for dancing }

Do you mean one of the outdoor 'discos'? i.e ice, escape or the one at the main Girne car park?

I have not been either , I am told they charge 10 ytl for an effes ...... at that rate i would never go.
