our lovely friend Faith has just posted on facebook that her 5mth old puppy Aslan (her 10th birthday present) has been poisoned. This little puppy was her little baby. What a cruel world we live in RIP baby Aslan x

They live in Karsiyaka.

I'm soo sorry to hear that! We had just been saying that we hadn't heard of any poisonings for a long while... what a shame.

she says, they didn't just aim it at her dog, they poision all the strays where they live because they get the chickens! Aslan was a little monkey he kept going near the farm! its only a few doors down from where they live and he ate their poison they had put out. They are new to the island, she just think its cruel that they would want to kill any dog! She says she doesn't even squash spiders! Bless you Faith! you are so young. xx

Oh my god this breaks me in pieces. I zstill have the zoo to home. Imso sad fot you all. It makes you wonder if its worth it, Im told over and over turn a blind eye. One day I will win the lottery and will have the best centre here, All keep rooting for me. The good news Im down to 4 to rehome xxxxxxx from 9 to 4 result xxxx

I've heard of these poisonings before through forums but never spoken to anyone about it. I find it despicable. Is it the authorities doing it or just local people?
