Definitely bring a warm coat it maybe sunny but when you hit the shade or in the evening it can get considerably colder! You will only need wellies if you are staying on a dirt track because if it rains you will have to negotiate a lot of mud! In catalkoy you could try The Fez very nice place to meet other ex-pats...or you could venture out a bit and go to the Courtyard curries are nice and Mo is a great host. Enjoy your trip!

Hi mbtrnc,

Don't think you will have to go as far as wellies & parker.

Today it was around the 20c mark,

drops a few degrees when the sun goes down,

polo shirt denims & a good fleece should do.

For current weather conditions in TRNC, check...

http://www.nigelheasman.com/wview/img/Current_Plus.htm

Bar for you would be The Fez, Catalkoy to start with.

Restaurant? depends what type of food you like,

plenty to choose from

Enjoy your holiday,

Navek

Hi mbtrnc

Dipkarpaz is further up the 'pan handle' perhaps the middle of it. The donkeys are up country there.

If you've never been up there before I thoroughly recommend it.

If you require info on the area http://www.karpazinfo.net

Have a good trip

Hi mbtrnc,

Here's a link to the Cyprus44 maps, just left click to zoom in.

Have a look and you'll find Dipkarpaz & the donkeys etc.

Three maps to choose from....
