| Every Wednesday morning, at 08:45 - 09:45 at the Black Olive Cafe (by the Sunnylane), in Alsancak, we have RESİSTANCE FATBURN w. LOW İMPACT AEROBİCS class available for more participants, male and female! One hour session concentrates on toning and strenghening each muscle group of the body with simple but effective exercises while maintaining moderate heart rate. The legs are kept in movement with easy steps (no need to memorize) while arms,chest and back are worked with the help of a theraband (3 different strengths). We start with a easy warmup and always finish with stretching. For further information post your questions here or just show up for the class! İt is 12 Lira per session- it quarantees you with a great feeling of having done something good for yourself See you there! |

| İn addition, we have also a Beginners Pilates class right after the session above. You may try either one at any time. Beginners Pilates is a class where we start to learn the secrets of proper mat pilates from the very beginning, the breathing, alignment and the exercises, and slowly work up to an intermediate level mastery by the end of the season. The exercises concentrate on abdominals, back, legs and arms. Beginners Pilates 10-11 on Wednesdays at the Black Olive Cafe ans Studio. Come in confortable clothing, no need for shoes. Mats are provided. See you there! |
