We have suddenly had a swarm of black fies coming to rest on my car and at our front door. They have crapped everywhere covering the car and window cills and front door with little black dots of pooh. I have tried spraying with fly spray to no avail. Any help out there?

Same here ! Has been happening for a couple of weeks but never saw any flies just my washing on balcony covered in black dots. Re washed and didn't come off.
