I have a pay as you Go mobile and I have always understood it to be that when you are abroad if family call you its you that gets charged so I am a bit concerned now as I hope to move to NC as soon as my house in the UK is sold,and I would like to keep contact with my family so is there a way round this ? can anyone advise please.I would like to keep my phone as everyone has my number but I don't want it to cost me and arm and a leg everytime I get called or call someone.

Hi helot

don`t use your UK phone there cos it`ll cost a lot. You are better of buy turkish sim card and use it thers so much cheaper
