With regards to Simbas and your message of high fuel prices, In the UK it is the Government that are the cause of high fuel prices! It is a fact that 84% is tax and VAT on a litre of petrol/diesel!

The Government are hiding behind and blaming the fuel companies!

The biggest CON of the Century in the UK was when they switched over from selling a gallon to selling us a litre....Every time a budget happend 10p would go on a Gallon. Now in budgets 5p goes on a litre.........IN CASE YOU PEOPLE DONT REALISE THERE ARE 4.55 Litres in a Gallon...work the maths out!

THE best thing that any person can do in the UK is protest in writing to number 10 Downing street, London. It will take you 15 minutes the write and post a letter...I have done this on a number of occassions! THE next course of action is for everybody to take a day off work Drive your vehicle... stop in the middle of the road preferably near number 10 and the houses of Parliament and park your car in the road, lock it up and protest with a banner Enough is Enough Lower fuel prices! Bring the Bloody country to a standstill like the French do!

Typical stupid English all they do in windge and moan in the PUB and do nothing about it!...GET ON WITH IT!

truth is the govmt need the higher price to raise more cash, to pay for the catalogue of incompetence, if they played fair there would be a fixed duty price per litre to demonstrate they are not cashing in on the matter, but alas they need the money more than the public.

Brian24001 You are right! This Government (Labour) are the most incompetent lying load of windbags ever! They are corrupt to core....and disgraceful!

I saw the useless bladder of lard Gordon brown in His Gas guzzler car in London 3 weeks ago...I wanted to drive my vehicle at Him...Im so angry...Everything relies and is fixed to the cost of fuel we just cannot continue anymore...Im on the verge of bankrupcy due to the cost of living and high fuel prices!

Its time for National protests a vote of no confidence and get this lot OUT!

This is the point that needs getting across, where the blame lies. Not just with UK government but with the oil guzzling USA.

The last lot of boycotts, sometime before we came here made a lot of noise in the press but had no effect whatsoever on the major suppliers.

Obviously we do not live in England anymore but it is time for mass protests against the government who are earning a small fortune in increased tax revenues.

We all know Brown is useless, however who will replace him. Other than William Hague there is nobody equipped for the job.

As fuel is a an international necessity and not a luxury commodity it should at the very least be brought under a pricing scheme set by Europe thereby giving all European member countries equal fuel costs. After all if Europe can tell us what we are allowed to put in our sausages then surely implementing a common fuel price policy should not be beyond them????

Nunu1,

Quite like the idea of standing in the pub moaning.

Brian 24001 is quite correct. The oil Companies are just too powerful.

As for the Government, words fail me. My suggestion...we need a Guy Fawkes , give him what petrol is left, and tell him to use his imagination!

Hi Chris,

Given your career path, would you consider acting as my liason with my builder?.

He displays challenging behavoir.and he's certainly never learnt interpersonal skills,

communication skills, customer relations and is somewhat short on common courtesy.

Nah! You would never have time for holidays!!! Just SMELL those roses(at dawn)

Disregard them Chris. They are just sulking because they are the only two breathing Scots that Gordon Brown hasn't got in our government. Never mind lads, sorry but you cannot share our builders hut!

Not enough room for you two and the Efes. Tough choice!............ Sorry.
