| So these people are IRISH now! Funny how they spent the last fifty odd years telling us how BRITISH they were, and now that they have become a sick joke they become Irish. Tut tut! I take no pleasure in their predicament (snigger) and I think we will all miss the moralistic lectures from Mrs R. DD |

| Whatever the Robinsons admit to, they certainly will never admit to being Irish ! I am with you on that Lilli, I think that it's a sad situation. You, like me have seen similar situations in Cyprus where older women are flattered by the attention of younger men. |

| Dublimderm. With the present scandal with the Priests in Ireland it's a very brave man from either side to start shouting. They are politicians. No better nor worse than the ones in the Rebublic,England etc etc. |

| Hey Carndi believe it or not I am not a priest!! I was educated in part by the Christian Brothers and that lot had their 'special' students. Those of us could run fastest got out of their way. Vicious thugs who did a bit pedophilia on the side. Catholic clergy are not unique to Ireland (unfortunately). I do fell a little sorry for him. For all that I disagree with his politics and his previous pronouncements about us southerners, he is a man of principle and does what he says on the tin. As for having a laugh; The Robinson household March 2009; IRIS: Peter I have a constituent who needs fifty grand to start up a business. Peter: Does he not know there is a recession on? F*ck him!
