Rentals Manager

Sole responsibility for finding and taking on property rentals and tenants



Requirements

Must speak fluent Turkish and English

Must be sales driven and have previous experience in sales driven environment

Must be organised

Must be methodical

Must be able to deal with the public, tenants and landlords on phone, email and face to face

Must be able to use computers and all relevant word processing packages

Must be able to multi-task

Must have own car (petrol costs are paid for)

Other duties will involve working with property sales office when necessary to deal with any Turkish speaking clients



Salary

Competitive! Good basic with 10% commission on all rentals achieved



Hours

Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and alternate Saturdays 10-2
