if you could email me the following documents or inform your solicitoror developer that they will be required if the property is to be marketed.

1. copy of original title deed (kocan)

2. copy of your sales agreement

3. copy of original land registry site plan (tapu harita)

4. copy of floor plans

5. copy of site plan

6. the property m2

7. copy of the developers site plan

8. copy of the developers company documents

9. copy of the developers permissions to build (bina ruhsati)

10. internal and external images of the property (jpeg)



alot I know but the law is the law and if having these documents helps to make the sale complete smoothly we will have one very happy vendor and one very happy purchaser.



We would be more than happy to market the property for you.

we have all these documents and have the property on the market with 2 estate agents but dont seem to be getting any were with them so thats why im trying other options ie cyprus44 and the internet.

if you have any one who would be interested i will be more than willing to come over to the north and place the property with you if you have clients ready to go.

upstairs penthouse apartment. there is pictures on the little villa website and mr charles website. pictures on both sites do not do it justice it has to be seen to be appreciated. can sen some that we have taken if interested.

had to move over to the south so my husband could get work.

we are selling for what we bought it for not making any profit, we own our house in england and the one in arapkoy and now have to rent in the south.

Hi, Do you have any photo's of your apartment and surrounding area? I am hopeful of going over to NC in the next few weeks and will be looking at property. I want somewhere very near the sea for walks and scenery not too far from shops and restaurants. Whats the winter like in NC

the property is located just beside the small village of arapkoy and is on top of a mountain this is why there are such stunning views.

most propertys in the trnc are not close to the beaches.

the weather is not to bad in winter but it does get cold but it is alot better than an english winter.
