Rates are 5.46%

so based on each £1000 borrowed repayments would be

12 months @ £88

18 months @ £60

24 months @ £46

36 months @ £32

CreditWest will require the car to have fully comprehensive insurance taken out with themselves.

Also they charge approx £40 for each £1000 borrowed, so for instance a bank loan of £5000 would cost £200 in bank charges.

We have been waiting for confirmation from CreditWest on actual charges and this afternoon have been told that the figure is £58 per £1000 borrowed, ie £5000 borrowed = £290 bank charges.

The cars are all sold 'on the road' so registered. M.O.T and emmissions for 3 years, the only additional cost is the transfer of documents into the owners name which is 400TL in this case because of the hire purchase agreement.

This sounds very similar to what such a loan would cost in the UK. I think it must be the first time anything like this has been available to ex pats. and will probably prove to be very popular. Well Done Tiga Trading.
