It's a big job for Mourinho. He'll only go if there's money to spend though.

Given the current financial situation at MUFC, I think Fergie will step down at the end of this season.

i dont think he will, unless utd win the champions lge or possibly the prem.

i think the back ground of the man and the way he is,i think he would want to go on a high.

m.u.f.c. is in his blood.are there any other managers who care about the club and the team as he does.its more then a job to fergie, its his baby.when i say the club i dont mean that shit the glaziers,i mean the history, which he has helped in abundance.these so called utd fans who say he should be changed,in my opinion are only glory hunters.instead of eating there prawn sandwiches should go in the pubs in the suburbs of manchester and see what utd means to the real fans.

rooney

will always be linked to massive clubs.dont think he will move, coleen just had the baby, grandparents would be devestated.old school her and wayne, down to earth poeple even with all the money they have got.maybe its time for elections in spain, madrid would start rumours but i think barca are more classier then that.anyway i think torres back to spain is more likely, with his mate gerrard.i think they will find it hard once benites gets sacked to keep hold of torres.i cant see gerrard ever going to another prem team, remember the chelsea thing.story on the streets was,he was joining chelsea, got threats to himself and family so he backed out,i think he would be allowed to go abroad without threats.

kieth

i would love to see them at old trafford,we would be unstopable.

will never happen though, the liverpool fans wouldnt allow it.utd fans would be the same.

i dont think we could afford them anyway, the ugly family named the glaziers have seen to that.

i cant see how with the glaziers in charge how utd can get out of it,like most things in america always got to have someone with them to win things,as they say all the gear but no idea.

The Special One - is too big for Liverpool and anyhow, they could not afford him

As Jose has said: "There is no pressure at the top. The pressure's being second or third"

Now imaagine the pressure of being 6th or 7th - where Liverpool look like finishing this year

I would say his next move will be Manchester City Mancini has a 'sacking clause' if he does not finish in the top 4!

We shall see )

Well Mourhinio did say that Anfield was the best atmosphere he had ever been in & to this day he's still trying to sign Gerrard. He will be managing Gerrard next year at Liverpool so he will get his wish to manage the player. Bentitez was given this year & has failed so Jose is already to jump back into the premiership with the new backers coming in soon.

Everyone knows United are on the way down (you can sense it the posts on here) & Man City are catching them up big time. In fact, Trophies aside City are on Par with United & next year will be the only team from manchester in the top 4.

Next year Manu will have sold Rooney ( wait till he gets injured & watch the united slide start) cos of more finacial pressure, signed another dud striker, Fergie will be gone, stadium will be sold, & the glory seekers will have jumped ship to City.

i think you may be changing your team to that massive club from wastelands.tevez turned down liverpool so do you think the wastelands club are bigger then liverpool.tevez must have thought so.personally i loved tevez to bits when he was at utd.but tevez own words was fergie made no contact with him what so ever to sign him.left him no choice but to leave.it has supposedly cost the massives 47 million,as much as i liked the bloke he was never worth that.34yrs since the wastelands outfit have won a major trophy so to put them on par with utd, with the football utd have played over the years must be scouse humour, thats if you are from liverpool or maybe like aslan said from a 50 mile radius.

shearer did turn utd down twice.i think shearer has regretted it ever since,i know he got a medal with blackburn,i am not knocking blackburn they had a great season.but the amount of trophies he would have won with utd.with newcastle his home town club it must be great to play in front of those fans.geordie poeple are great company met many of them on holiday.going back to shearer i think a footballer at that level looks back on the things they have won, unfortunately shearer cant.

lol gaz

harita, stand up if your from the north,no utd fans stood up.maybe they never heard the blackburn fans .as qiute as old trafford is.in a big place like that,to hear a coach load would be very hard. ha ha

only joking, didnt want to bite really but as you say couldnt refuse.

did you watch the semi the other night,i think the same coach load was there.or maybe 2 coach loads.or was there a fancy dress party there, all the blackburn fans dressed as empty seats.

Blackburn is a depressed area .. 70% of the population is Asian .. Why do you think we got out ..

Couldn't hear a thing from United fans that day, losing all through the match .. But like you say not many stood up ..

How ironic that the only decent player at united comes from Liverpool.

United are a one man team now & the rest of the players are average at best. Giggs & scholes are well past it. Noe Ronaldo & Tevez, 1 billion in debt, Rooney on the way out at the end of the season to balance the books, Stadium going on ebay & the ficklest fans of ANY club but that's what you get with glory seekers.............

This is what Manu fans are like, you go up to JK's to laugh at all the mankers when they are loosing 10 mins before the end of the game (6 times already this season) & the place is empty. Half full glasses & boxes of hankies on the bar as they have to leave in case anyone See's them crying like little babies.

Manu fans can give it but they sure cant take it but they will have to get used to it when fergie n rooney leaves in 5 months.

andy if you were to understand the points system in the Premiership. It would be obvious to you that an Everton win against Man city is good for Liverpool, not as you imply bad. But then again most of the Man u fans i know would'nt understand either.

rowlo, wrong again, i am a Liverpool fan, but first of all a football fan. I like to see good football played whoever is playing it. I think Arsenal are playing the best football in the Premiership at the moment closely followed by Chelsea with Man u not far behind. I agree Liverpool have got a long way to go to even compete with the six teams above them but who knows, things can change.
