Hopefully many will remember Geoff and Mary with their case of an alleged stolen tin of paint and plank of wood - full story here - http://www.hbpg-trnc.net/documents/court.html



Last month they were sent away to try and sort out a civil issue with the same builder and to return on 20th for the judge to hopefully finish this case, been going on for nearly 4 years and over 40 "appearances in court".



So 9.30 on Wednesday 20th January they are back again. It is lonely stood outside the court waiting to be called so if anyone has spare time then please come along to give some moral support.



Last appearance we turned out and we were fascinated and learnt a lot from talking to people down at the court.



I have just spoken to Geoff to confirm date and time so as at 11.30 saturday the info is correct. But this is TRNC so keep checking.

Please give Geoff and Mary our best wishes, we were at court last time to give a little support but I fly to UK on 20th so cannot be there. Hopefully this case will be settled and we'll read positive reports shortly.

I well remember the problems you had with that man when I lived along the road. Sorry I cannot be there to support you in person.

AS well as keeping Geoff and Mary company it has got to be a statement to the authorities that we are all fed up and are sticking together.

Looks like its me and her going down on wednesday. I know there are people with other commitments but there are hundreds who will be shopping at market on wednsday hopefully some will make a small detour to show support.
