| Is anyone out and staying at Palmbay View this month? I remember my mate Bloggy said he may be going in January! We were last there in September and it would be interesting to know what the latest info is on the construction and finishing of the development. Like others, we have received notification that the maintenance is going to be passed to Donaghy and Beyler. Hopefully a positive move. Any thoughts on this from anyone? Popeye |

| Hi Popeye, I believe that D&B now have a few complexes under their management control, Sea Terra, out our way, being one of them. Having purchased PBV through D&B estate agents, where we had excellent communication and service plus they come with a very good reputation we have every reason to be optimistic. From an owners point of view I am very interested to see where our "purchase contracts" sit re the payment of any further monies in June & the appointment of a residents management company in the future. I'm hoping that D&B do such a good job for us it will be an easy decision to make when it comes to that time. I am so looking forward to our next news letter & pictures, we are so nearly there !!! We are going out in April for a week,so, hope to see a massive change from our last visit in November 09. Best regards to all at PBV. Morty |
