'The Trade and Tourism Office of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) conducted an investment promotion road show to present their investment opportunities to potential investors in the Sultanate at Hotel Crowne Plaza yesterday. Headed by Sunat Atun, Minister of Economy and Energy, TRNC, the event is aimed at creating awareness about investment opportunities in the region with specific emphasis on the economy, foreign direct investments, investment climate and the available investment incentives in North Cyprus.'

In particular read paragraphs 3 & 4 about changes to the rules about starting up a company in the TRNC and also about the government paying any social security payments on behalf of the investing company.

could this be part of plan B..it appears plan A is in its death throes...

I think the TRNC has been paying more attention to 'plan B' than 'plan A'.

I have always thought that 'plan A' has always been a charade.

No I did not but I would be interested to find out what investment figures are required to get these 'concessions' from the TRNC Government.
