I HAVE 2 PENTHOUSE APARTMENTS IN BACHELI, FULLY FURNISHED AND IN A SUCURE COMPLEX, I AM LOOKING TO SWOP THEM FOR A 2/3 BED VILLA ANY LOCATION. LOOKS LIKE THE RESALE MARKET IS FLAT AND WILL BE FOR SOME TIME, SO WHY NOT REVERT BACK TO THE EXCHANGE AND BARTER SYSTEM.

We have a three bed detached villa in Arapkoy. We have the Kocan.

Could you let me know if you have the kocans to both apartments, the service charges and any other outgoing payments.

Length of lease etc.

Hi , the sevice/maintenance charges are £500 per apartment per year, i sit on the committee for the development and we have an AGM tomorrow, so i will be able to give an estimated cost for the coming year by next week, and re the Kocans on each apartment they are still with Evergreen developments ( who built the site) they are due for release by April this year.Other running costs are standard electric to Kibtec and water on site is held in an independant underground storage tank. Which is then metered into each apartment and managed by the manement company, ( currantly Lynx) The apartments are freehold and all vat has been paid on them.
