Hi can anyone help just had computer repaired, but for some reason cannot get (at) to come up when putting my email address in from the key board, someone suggested doing Alt then Q but this does not work either. Any suggestions

Try using the " key instead, if it brings up the @ symbol then your keyboard has been changed from UK to US settings.

denpends on if they have change your key board to turkish on mine its shift and the key next to the enter key on the left or it could be shift 2 as in the number give those a try

Try using the key to the left of the enter button mine is a us type keyboard

Open Control Panel and select "Regional and Language Options".

When the box opens check that the language is set to "English(United Kingdom)"

Then click the second tab (Languages) and then click the "Details" button. Again select "English United Kingdom" and "English UK" should then be highlighted in the list below and you will see that the keyboard has been set to UK also.

These instructions are for Windows XP but it should be something similar for other Windows versions.

I have US keyboard and I press shift and 2nd key to right of L hope that works
