Hi Pugsey

I assume we are in the same boat along with 20 other brits, Ozturk done a runner,Laren unstable cannot continue to build. I paid deposit. I used Remax as Agent and H&A lawyers both parties failed to inform me of problems discoved there was a problem on this forum.

Annoying thing is, deposit paid to builder via lawyer 23/04/08 problems appeared to be public knowledge on the 25/04/08.

Please keep me upated as you hear anything, likewise I will do the same.
