Tips For Romantic Breakfast In Bed

For Married Couples

To pull out the romantic breakfast plan perfectly, you need to first decide the day of the week. Ideally, indulging in such romanticism on a weekend is a good plan. Both of you would be fresh without office worries and deadline tensions.

Make sure you wake up before your beloved does. Though this might sound a little taxing, the result would be really worth the pain. Do not forget to shut the bedroom door behind. Last you would want her to give you a surprise by waking up and watching you prepare the food items.

Start by putting the coffee on to brew. While the coffee is getting done, you can start cooking.

Make sure that the menu you fix upon is one that has your beloved’s favorite dishes. A light but filling menu is the best thing you can opt for. Mostly all women love pancakes, scrambled eggs, cereals, or milkshake with cut fruits as their breakfast menu.

When you are done with everything, serve all the food items on a tray and place it near her bedside. Do not forget to pop in a single red rose to make it look more delightful. Be careful not to spill it on the bed!

Before waking him/her up, light up some aroma candles or incense sticks to spread good fragrance around.

Wake her up by kissing on her forehead!! She would be more than surprised to see all the efforts you have taken. And when she brings up her 1000 watt smile, know for sure that you have hit the jackpot!!

Go to Guido's (great idea and menu).

Don't send your valentine a card

As an alternative idea put 10 TL in a pot for either the Nurseawful assistance or toward the flooding in North Cyprus when you are at Guido's having your chow. (sorry Romantic Dinner).

Not only will your Valentine know but so will all the other lovers (dinners).

Also, give her a day off from Ironing, let her do it tomorrow instead!, Show your softer side and help her with the cleaning and gardening suggesting she can have a break now and then whilst she makes a cuppa for you when your reading your paper.

Suggest to her not to cook dinner we can have salad instead.

We men are so sensitive!

Hi Lilli,

Is it couples only? It's just that my fourth wife left me last year. She said I was unromantic, boring and useless in bed! I told her "how can that be true when I've had four wives and most guys will only get to have one." Or perhaps you could sugest someone for me to take. Barry White is dead.

Hey Nick and Lilli - how about the girls showing their sensitive side to the boys needs? Garters and all - after all we don't send them off to work just to make money do we? They say it is to give thjem a broader social life etc etc.

Any way wind up apart - don't pay for a card (and waste the money on finding one) just both agree to give that money to charity. - Of course it was a good idea - lilli - (I do try apart from being trying)

Lilli ~ You have just made me feel soooooooooooooo hungry seeing your menu, sounds fantastic, wish we were there to partake. xx

flightholiday ~ I've been doing that for quite a few years now with Christmas Cards, used to send loads to everyone at work, now just send an e-mail wishing them a Happy Christmas and explaining that all the money I would have spent is going to charity instead.

Unfortunately our overdraft won't allow us to be 'romantic', but I might come and take a picture of two of the fact that romance is not dead! Depends if we geriatrics can bear to go out into the cold night air or stay at home snuggled up on the settee with a nice warm fire, the dog and the cats, just to keep warm (as well as being romantic)

Msg 34 - Lilli

Just reserve one small table on the side for Mr & Mrs Spina - open a bottle of bubbly and each time you both pass it raise a glass to each other. That way you will know that your romance still blossoms.

Lillio - I'm sure Guido would not mind you not being graceful.

The clients should just "only have eyes for you" being Valentines.

So the star crossed lovers should not be watching you climb the stairs to visit Guido's galley in the gallery. So go on and open that bottle girl.
