Hi all,

I'm looking at what possibilities there are available for olive/ other native fruit trees (preferably mature). I know the olive tree rescue organisation are no longer functioning (i beleive) so was wondering if anyone else is trying to save trees that are being uprooted by developers. I don'r want to distract this to a rant about illegal developers ripping up trees which is bad enough, however if anyone knows about movement/ sale of trees i'd be most appreciative.

Regards,

Marty

guys

have you tried your local belediye or talked to your muhtar - depending on the muhtar, they can be really very helpful and especially if you are wanted to save these trees!

With the bypass road, there will probably be more, so if you know a local who can perhaps help you, then there may be a chance.

Hi Martin,

Senol at the garden centre in the middle of Essenteppe has a huge range of every tree you can think of on his smallholding. He will deliver or plant them and is doing our whole garden with Greg from Glencoe including irrigation stones, plants etc. Greg is also doing the pool for us.
