andrew4232: Windows 7 looks and performs better than Vista (not difficult...), but imo it's still a bad copy of the Macintosh Operating System...

We had the same problem. The guy at Laconic in Alsancak sorted it for us, no charge (but we get our top-ups from there). There is a USB upgrade available, I understand, but don't know where to look for it I'm afraid.

first find the application icon (either on start/desktop) right click and click on properties, then compatibility....not sure if it works but worth a try!

You need to install the win7 version of the 3g modem software, which can be found here along with instructions for how to install it.

http://www.kktcell.com/pages/1918.aspx

The standard modem supports Windows 2000, XP, Vista, MAC OS X compatible , that is the software needed for these OS's is in the UDB modem itself and can be installed just by plugging it in. For win7 it is not in the modem itself and requires a sperate download and install.
