i dont know if I should send you an email or if you willsee this.

I have buyed one nextstar ye-2000 cis superplus

and when i buyed it I told the store that I wanted Hotbird ,astra and Sirius. because then I can see many channels with movies as you know and the codes only changes every 6 months..

the man in the store told me that if the codes changed i cold go to this site http://www.depo.shows.it/ and download a package and upgrade my nextstar...

im shure you know that some of the channels stopped working yesterday so I downloaded a file from the site and when I upgraded my Nextstar all the channels was gone, alsp sirius and astra was gone from the list... and only a turkish satelitte and hotbird was back , so I "upgraded" it back to the file I got from the store when i buyed it named "117 cis 71 UVB*" file and the channels andthe sattelites came back ..

so I found another file (this time a BIN file) and I upgraded the nextstar again..

the same happened, BUT this time I cant "upgrade" it back to file I got from teh store.. it stands that it isnt the same STB everytime I try to upgrade back...

why is that ????



the store i buyed it from does not exist anymore so you are the only one I have found who can help me....





but the biggest problem is that my wife found anothe rfile and asked me to try it.. this one

and do you know what happened ???? it rebooted and it stands runP on the nextstar and it doesnt turn on anymore!!!!!!

everytime i power it on the text runP comes on the nextstar display and nothing happens!!!



what should i do ???

welcome to the forum, firstly you probabley did it right because the box resets itself and wipes all the channel list and satelittes then you have to tune the channels in by hand otherwise you will have thosands of worthless channels and yes some of the channels did go off multivision channels has actually moved to another satelitte astra1 @19e and the other channels only had to upgraded with a up to date softcam (small update file) and did not need the whole bin file updated

you should never especially in the satellite buisness take the word of a seller in just a electronic shop it has to be from a pro who knows what they are talking about because if he was then he would of programmed it himself for a small fee because if you input the wrong software in to the box you could mess the box up thats why i always do this for people because ive been doing these boxes for years

now leading on to your box in a nut shell you have messed up your box!!!!!

there are many things you could have done you could have just messed up the brain not harmfull, you could have burned out the flash then this will need to be replaced and reprogramed if this happend you could send it to the guarentee department but this is located in turkey and if it dont cover you could pay for the repair

now if its a case of just messing it up a bit, i have the software that could sort the box out, not trying to be difficult but i do charge for this because of the software and also the time because once reprogrammed you then have to put in the new software and then the softcam them manually program the channels in and i will do this for you while talking you thru it thru either msn or skype

one question did you upgrade the box with the flash disk (memory stick) or thru a cable connected to the p.c because they are diffrent files and software for these two diffrent types of input

i did upgrade it with the usb flash memory.



i can tell you exactly what I did so u know it before I talk with you on the msn:



1. I went o the site :www.depo.shows.it

and downloaded this file :NEXT_YE-2000_FTA_USB_QNFM117B71.zip

then i saw that my channels and the sattelites i had was gone and replaced with only turksat and hotbird.



2. i upgraded it back to the file i had got from the store wich was an udb file named: 117 cis 71 sexveo.UDB



then I got back all the sattelites in the list and all my channels wich is : premiere and I think you know exactly which channels i had from astra, sirius and hotbird...

so everything was ok now but i still coludt wach some of the movie channels i had before.... therefor i went back to the internet and found another file..



3. I upgrade it with this file:

NS YE-2000 CIS SUPER PLUS_QNEC117B59_040808_TK2C1N0_MCA

Next 2000 Super Plus Serisi FreeXTV-Polsat-Premiere-Tps Auto http://www.sat-uzmantv.com

from this site: http://www.depo.shows.it/

ulike the other files this file was an BIN file instead...



all my channels was gone again and again I only had hotbird and turksat...

so i desided to upgrade it back ... BUT :



4 i tried to upgrade to the file i got from the store like i did in step 2...

but this time it comes up that it is wrong stb ?? I dont understand anything...

it just wont upgrade it back !! i let it be and call teh store but the guy doen nont work there anymore and i dont have any guarantee.....



5 . so my wife looks at the internet and finds a file on this site:

the file is named: NEXT YE-2000 CIS SUPER PLUS QNEC115.10 102107 TK2C1N0



the file is an BIT file too, and the nextstar accepts it and upgrades, it reeboots and then it stand "runP" on the display but the TV is black...

no signal and I turn the Nextstar off in five min and starts it again.. the only thing that happens is it stand "boots" and goes over to "runP"



and thats the last ting i did ...







so now I understand that maybe i should not had upgrade it.. i just needed some codes for some off teh channels that had been locked..

soo i understand that upgrading was wrong..



teh good thing with file i have from the store is that all the channels I want and the arabic channels and the german and french movie channels that you can change the audio to english on was on the nextstar.. everything was good..

but now i maybe have too search all of them manually... and i dont have the code packakage that was included...



but the worse thing isthat the nextstar doen not turn on !!



can you fix this??

do you think we can make it turn on again and maybe make it upgrade with the old file i had from the store??



you say you had to charge me, its ok... but how do i pay?

and how much...

i understand what you done wrong the first file you downloaded was for the wrong machine it was for the ye2000 FTA you machine is the ye2000 cis, the second procedure you did was correct and all you had to do was download another file which was the softcam to open premire,tps,polsat channels



then what went wrong then you wife downloaded another wrong file this time it was for the right machine but the software was a over a year old

NEXT YE-2000 CIS SUPER PLUS QNEC115.10 102107 TK2C1N0 the number in the midd is the date 10/21/2007 so blame your wife!!!!! lol

what you have done is mess up the programming flash hence the words runp and the only thing that can put it back is the factory orignal program, i will talk to my mate who works for next and ill see if i can get hold of this software (quite hard thou)

email me tomorrow and add me on msn then we can sort this out for you tomorrow and we can talk about how u can pay me for my services

- i understand what i did wrong in step 1 (it was fta and not cis)

and i "fixed" it in step 2...



- I also understand step 5 was wrong because the file was old.



- but what was wrong with what i did on my step 3...

after ugrading with the file :

hi your step 5 you did nothing wrong but you have to add another piece of software after you have put the bin file to put the coded into the machine all the software does it allows you to put these codes in the machine

and hwen you put in new software like you did in your step 3 it clears all the channels and satelittes you had saved in the machine so then you got to add the satelittes in your case hotbird tps-bbc prime, astra premire , and sirus ukraine and porn



now the reason you cant fix it like in step 2 is because you have freaked out the machine because you cant go too far back in date with the bin file software , thats why you need factory software to reset the machine

hope this has cleared things up for you

ismet i know it can be quite confusing its like a diffrent language dutch no- greek no way!!! arabic maybe!!!! lol

a lot of people are getting sick of doggyturk cos they brodcast the same films on moviemax and repeat programmes 3 times a day on dizimaz, mymax and comedy max and you have to pay evey month for the it 43.90ytl for the best package, this system you get a good variety of channels for mim outlay
