Good morning all,



Firstly I will apologise for reacting to Nigels comments in such an abusive fashion, I did hurl insults at him and that was something that I should not have done, because it was exactly the reaction he was looking for. Such vexatious people do wind me up - Nigel I am sorry but you did in your original post say Halfway House and you have made the owner extremely angry for what you did, as well as myself, as you now say indeed that you have not even been there, let alone heard of it. Some 30 odd posts later, you changed it to Pasta Mania.



So please, don't do that kind of thing again.



To everyone else, again I am sorry for engaging with this person which has led to you all getting upset, and posting criticisms of myself - again justified this time by just a few of you.



I will refrain from entering into dialogue with people like Nigel in the future, as indeed it is a waste of time. There are more important issues, and many more posts that are worth spending time responding to.



UK Turk says it right with one word - we are all GUESTS in this country, and would do well to remember that, and I am glad to say that I do, every day.



PS - people responding to this post will not receive further dialogue from myself on the subject, but thanks in advance for all the good and positive things that you might have to say!



PPS - if I feel strongly about anything posted on this board, then I will continue to respond to it, but in more mature and adult fashion.

Hot Hornet - I kept right out of the posts yesterday, for the very reason you state - it's a waste of time, but would like to add that I agreed with almost everything you said, and it did spice things up!!

Well done to you for apologising. I too am in the same camp as LTD though you probably could have toned it down a bit. Personally I think LN could have cleared things up in his message no. 6. The fact that he chose not to speaks volumes about his character.

s*&t sorry! one more thing that I forgot which is more important than the rest.

I believe that Nigel should issue his own apology (being an adult) for falsely giving a name of a restaurant that he has never been to, even though he says it was all a complete misunderstanding.

Sorry but fair is fair, and I have had to calm the owner of Halfway House who is ready to search him out, so it would be nice if you did that for him only Nigel.

realy not on izit.nigel never said it was the halfway house,but he never clarified

it either,untill later.i think that people who start too use verbal abuse have lost

the argument,however passionate they may be about the subject.we can all get

wound up, butt the answer is to try too remain calm in adversity.this only leaves the antagonist frustrated as they feel that they cant get their point across without reverting to abuse.so it would seem to be six of one and six of

another.perhaps you could both meet at the halfway house

now, go on and kiss and make up

very intelligent what you've have done but i do not think you have to carry on with little.... as UK turk said cyprus and in that case girne is a very small community the stick will hit one day peole who have not the honesty to accept their mistakes!!
