| Very sad new's I saw Brian playing for Villa a couple of times in the late 60s. Unfortunatley I didn't get to meet him at all. Condolences to family and friends. |

| As a West Brom supporter from the Midlands I saw Brian play and then met him and Judith in TRNC at The Old Mill Ozankoy in 2007 He lived his life like he played "fair and square" One minutes silence was held in Brians memory before the recent Bristol Rovers v Charlton game and from one who was there, take it from me there WAS 1 minutes silence (even from away supporters) Brians gone but we dont forget Throstle |

| He was an Evertonian,I watched most of their games in the late 60's...proud to be one. God/Allah rest in peace |
