playing a selection of rock guitar favourites with my own backing tracks mostly recorded by me playing all instruments !(inc shine on you crazy wotsit for Ruggy and some others) I realise this week is a special occasion (and havent forgotten) but when you are all "valentined out" and would like some rock with alternative bits ! we would love your support ! its a great place to be and hope you can join us and even free champers and snacks at 8.30pm blimey charlie wot a night !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got there 9.15pm but there was no sign of a buffet and a member of staff said there wasnt one. Was not offered any free champagne on entry either. The reggae guy only did a one off for 20 minutes he said, although we all was looking forward to hearing him perform.

Lostfound, I am sorry that you came to the Sunset and found that a Buffet was not available, nor a glass of champagne. Barry added this to his initial post in message one because he saw it advertised on another post for between the hours of 8-8.30pm. However, the Sunset themselves did not originally start the posts. Bob was there at 8.30 to perform a few songs as an audition for the Sunset, he is new to the circuit. I hope that you still enjoyed the evening as I know that many others did.

Well the 21st next gig, get my chair ready Father, a great nite, the "Rasta Man"( not sure of his name) was good as well, im sure we will be seeing more of him around.



Lostfound, you never mentioned how good Snakes was, or how nice and warm the venue was, (which you must say a lot of places do seem to struggle to keep 'em warm) it sounds like you went for the free food instead of a good nite out.!!

Oh Im so embarrased, you must have really done your homework....yes I had a huge sunday lunch and was so full but knew Id be peckish at 9pm so I drove all the way from Catalkoy to Lapta just for a free buffet and glass of my favourite champagne.

come on lynn aka lost & found. i know solar is expensive and its gonna cost you a damm lot of money but you dont need to find the bars offering free food,surely times are not that hard!

Can we just get one thing straight, it was not a Sun Set link that said they were doing food, and as normal for Cyprus its taken as Gospel. Evertime the owners have told me there is food it has been there with out fail 100 % and i would say i go there just about every "event" they have, not all for sure, but i will guess more than most. And i still think if it was advertised as "BUFFET 15 LIRE A HEAD" The moaners above would have "sniffed " out a free one somewhere else and not even shown there "boat races".







Come on boys, except it for what it was, a mistake, except it was free in, a warm venue and cheap plonk. Try not to moan at every little thing in life, like free food, and im sure it would have been "fairly nasty" as far as Champagne goes, and you will feel a happier. From a very happy Sun Set punter, well done Un and Dilek. And know i dont work there, never had and dont want to.
