Would love to know if anyone can help with a web site that we were told was tatislu for you. We met a guy called Malcolm on this site in 2008 and have been trying to contact him to no avail.

We are attempting to purchase at Marina View and reading some of your topics don't hold out much hope for our site where no work has been carried out for more than one year and the villas are deteriorating rapidly. Can't believe how builders treat law abiding people, its a joke!

I have some friends living up there and they told me the developer had gone bust. So be careful in case that info is correct!

Re No.5: Yes, I recall it was Greenhills. The developer had previously been very successful on an 8 villa project and then embarked on one of 24. And went "out of business and fled abroad". 2 expats had paid large deposits and recently came out to inspect the "shells" and I understand were contemplating completing them themselves, rather than witing off their losses. BTW I gather the first 8 villas all came with exchange title deeds, so I guess liable to Orams type actions by GCs. May you live in interesting times!

If you are looking for somewhere in the Tatlisu area have a look at the Levent site. The villas are sometimes called the sugarcube villas because of their shape. All the villas are complete and they are built to a very good standard, the company which build them is levent homes and they are one of the biggest companies on the island, they also own Lemar Supermarkets.

Thank you all for your response. Malcolm did get in touch. By the way our site is Marina Park and not Marina View this was changed half way through the build which at the time seemed dodgy! I still forget and call it Marina View.
