Does anyone know where I can get mini (4" or 10 cm) fluted non-stick tart pans with removable bottom(see link)? I think I got them from Astro before but can't find them now.

They don't have to be exactly as in the picture, similar would do.

I got some in Mr. Pound two weeks ago. Made by Gondol, there are 6 in a pack. No loose bottom but you could line them yourself.

Try 1001, they sell everything. The one in Lefkosa sell things in cookery section that we have no idea what they are for!! Always great fun to take visitors just for the experience.



Other option is Ilsen that has just opened in Girne near the old Extend office, the original shop is in Gonyeli and is another treasure trove.
