Just had an email from these people. Our property was valued by 3 separate Estate Agents at £119,950 but because of the credit crunch and recession etc, we have reduced accordingly and is now up for sale at £95,000 fully furnished. This is a steal - but, then we get an email from the above company offering to sell it for us for 10% commission (twice as much as any other Estate Agents are charging us) Then, they had to cheek to suggest we reduce our price to £80,000. (why don't I just give it away!!!) If I reduced it by that much I could sell it myself tomorrow. I am disgusted that people like this lure you in telling you they have lots and lots of clients wanting to buy and then come up with 10% commssion and at a giveaway price.

They also say, that their commssion is high because they spend a lot advertising in Russia but all the other estate agents advertise in UK and other places also and still don't charge those prices. They are just greed greedy people wanting to get money.
