I have just moved into a house and the little garden has decking just outside the patio doors I know the weather is bad but any suggestions for when its warmer to clean the decking as its full of slippery moss and in an awful state

any info would be appreciated

Nick already paid the council tax not heard from the tv people as yet but give them a week and they will be on my back.

Just booked my ticket for Thailand so another 4 weeks and i will be over there cant wait

Brick or Patio cleaner and jet wash will clear timber decking then oil it in the summer.

Jeys Fluid is the best way to do it. it works equally as well on stone or concrete slabs.

What's the best way to clean moss off stone pillars and paving slabs? Will a normal washing liquid and a stiff do the job?

I have always found a a fairly strong bleach solution works well on slabs and concrete, and kills the weeds, If you are in the Uk just the cheap stuff from Lidl's about a quid a gallon,
