hi all



just been over to see the apartment at guzelyurt very nice property and great views,very quiet area , the build quality also very good ,all in all very pleased,the block paving was going down as we were there and looked really good. just a bit concered now about this pre 74 title rumour thats on the forum when we got back.

the complex is also situated in a fantastic bay ,the beach is a bit stoney at the moment but they are supposed to be putting sand down.

Glad you liked what you saw. I was really impressed with the development. Have they finished all the apt blocks yet ?Is it on track do you think to be finished by year end? I think we will go out at Xmas to do the snagging. I see it has won the gold award for best beach front development in NC as part of the TRNC property awards. It is now in the Evergreen construction update on their web site. I understand your concerns regarding PTP and Title Deeds but we will have to wait and see. The only feedback I got from my advocate is the main reason for refusal is criminal regards or to near the military base. Nobody I believe has yet had theirs on this development as it is to early anyway

hi , just been reading some of the other topics ,ie the greek ,turkish troubles . is pre 74 the best way to go?.why is aprodite not all sold ? we ve just got back and thought apartment , site and area was great. im not after making a quick buick but obviously it is an investment .
