The British Vetinary Ass say that Dogs should be given Absos to keep them under control.Under the plan dangerous dogs and thier owners will be targeted with an absos, the same as an individual. It appears that attacks by dangerous dogs have attacked more than 600 people last year. How the hell would they get the dog to answer charges.Perhaps we could reverse it here at give absos to the dangerous owners and fines for the owners and others who mistreat the animals xxx

Reminds me that some forces personnel live in married quarters that would not be allowed to be habited under local govt standards criteria for council housing.
