My house at Incusu appears to be falling down but I cannot find or contact Cafer - Anyone know where he is - Is he building somewhere else - if so where?

Why has he abandoned these buildings and allowing them to fall down.

also been told he has building projects in Nicolsia. Whatever - it appears that he is still building even though he has let hundreds of buyers down.

How can he still be building?????

Don't know which is your house in Incesu, but the heavy rains have undermined some of the stone retaining walls in the site just up the road out of the village, and the whole lot has collapsed away.

He is court just about every week, maybe it would be worth hanging around that area to find him. Personally I hope someone buries him under 6 feet of concrete.

Hi

that is the number I have, but he is not answering. Where is the court? Do they have a list of who is in court and when as they do in the UK.

He must be working under a company name. I had heard that he had new partners and also that he had a limited company (another one!!!!).

Don't know.

What I do know is that he is not a registered builder. When I brought this to the attention of my Advocate (at the time) Mustafa Sener, he said the he did not need to be so long as he used registered sub-contractors. However, the only people we saw when we were on site were Turkish labourers who lived in a make-shift home in a room of an empty property nearby.

Cafer should be in Girne court on Wednesday morning this week. If he does not appear, the judge is going to have him arrested - he is aware of this. If you are around Girne on the day, why not go to the court and see?

He has now emptied his offices near the GAU. they have stood unused for a year now, but this week all the furniture has been removed.

Does any know if Cafer did turn up to his court case on the Wednesday or do his usual disappearing act.

Has any one seen him in the last few weeks in or around the Girne area?

How is acting as his advocate now, as I believe Manure ( not as misspelling) is no longer acting for Cafer.

Any current phone numbers would be a help, as the numbers I have are not in use.
