Hi,

Genuine answers please, negative people are not required to answer!

The business would be food & beverage based (oh no not another restaurant! Well yes but not in a format that is currently found in TRNC)

How do you get the relevant trading licence

Are the HCCAP/Hygiene regulations the same and would UK certification be acceptable in TRNC

How do you form a LTD company in TRNC

What are the funding requirements to form a LTD company

What is the tax rate for LTD company income in TRNC

Well that's enough questions for now, I have no doubt I will think of others

I hope that there are people on the board that can give genuine answers.

Many thanks in advance

TRNClion

Always remember the first and second year when setting up a restaurant you are unlikely to make a profit. Make sure you have budgeted for this in your business plan many people forget to.

Best of luck there is always room for a well run restaurant which offers good value for money.

Good, you have your help, but I am sure all those who are going to help would advise you to get a good accountant who should guide youthrough it all. Good luck. So many businesses flounder and there are so many broken hearts among those who thought the future was assured. So, as someone says above - just make sure you are well cushioned for 'take off'
