Oh well done. Congratulations to all of you who work so hard, and especially to the lovely Ladies In Red, how brave you are!

Please let us know in plenty of time for the May donor day?

My first time donating here but I was very impressed how well it was all done! Best of all not a bruise in sight - better than in UK Hopefully next time will be even more donors - you never know when you'll be on the wrong end of the blood bag!!!

Yea, my first time here too, but my biggest laugh of the day was getting an attendant to pose with me as he pulled the 'plug' out of my arm and my blood decided to come with it. Took a little longer before they could put on a plaster as I was then ushered to have that refreshing cuppa, and a bikkie.l But you meet so many nice people over a pint of blood, don't you.

Booitsme,

I know exactly what you mean. I have been giving blood since I was 16yrs (only to get some time off work!) and have had so many bruises in the UK but never one here in the TRNC in 7 years!

And those hob nobs were delicious!!

Well, done to everyone who went, you never know it may be you on the receiving end one day.
