message 3 we think the guy sounds pretty good only for all the drunken loud mouthed ignorant ex pats and im sure if who ever took the videos had of positioned himself far enough away from the loud mouth ex pats the singers voice wouldnt of been drowned out as you say.the singer was playing with just a accustic guitar and no backing karaoke tracks.maybe they should have cranked up the volume a little more.

And as zerochlor says maybe they should book you next time if he was not so good

anyone here who gets up to perform for the ex pats is of a reasonable standard of performer,dont knock them unless you can do better yourself racoonchic

Thanks for the uploads Zerochlor... It was a great night and really nice to have something a little different to the usual karaoke...



Bob (singer) did a great job and, despite the fact that no dance floor actually existed, still managed to get people up dancing.



I can appreciate that if you weren't there, the background noise might be off putting as you aren't able to pick up the atmosphere, but the fact that people were there, having a good time and clearly enjoying themselves (including Bob), it has to be a good thing when times are so tough for so many.

When they opened we thought it was great and enjoyed visiting this bar. However, last week my husband was in and he said there was a cockney barmaid talking to a cockney customer and no one else had a look in...... no one was spoken to and she had to interupt her conversation to put herself out to serve him - gone off it now, just like all the rest...
