Some of you will know, we have been trying to sort out the electrics on this site for the past 3 years. So far 18 of the villas have been connected but we are still awaiting paperwork for the remaining 8 villas. To date it has cost each owner over £4000 to get a supply.

Our parasite refuses to pay this money so since Dec 2008 he has been using a generator, except for the times he illegally connects himself to someones supply. When we find out we disconnect him On the last occasion we involved the police who warned him not to connect again.

Today his wife (he wasnt man enough to be here) along with KibTek personnel went around the site pointing out the temporary cable supplying the villas awaiting their permissions. As a result all temporary connections were disconnected Soon after the police arrived and had a discussion with his wife drove up the road and viewed the disconnected cables.

He is happy to steal electric from others but if he cant get his own way he becomes a bully.

we certainly dont need the likes of him here, he has been nothing but a problem from day 1. He cheated the plumber out of the money he was due for connecting the water supplies, he then claims we didnt pay him enough. Sadly this parasite gives Turkish Cypriots a bad name, even though he is in a minority.

When Kib Tek connected you originally and you paid all that money, did you enter into some form of written agreement or was it just a verbal agreement. Think I may find myself in the same position soon, but a friend said dont hand over any money without a written agreement.........BUT then again written agreements dont mean much here, if they wanna cut they cut.

we were connected legally with the landowners agreement. all monies raised for the project over £100,000 was done on trust between the owners. unfortunately because the site was built in 2 phases each having a different landowner, building permissions was only sought for the 1st phase. This did not become clear until our appointed electrical contractor told us prior to the inspection stage by Kib Tek. As our blonde parasite did not pay towards the electrical costs he was not included in the project. We have spent the last 10 months waiting for the architect to submit the plans for phase 2.



Despite using a generator for over 14 months he still refuses to pay the £4050 No Pay No electric. But he still uses every trick he can to cause us problems, hence the episode yesterday.

I was told that he and his wife had split up. That he took the keys for her shop away. She was in Turkey last year having cancer therapy. Her shop was in the same parade where our local Hur Deniz is opposite first petrol station, now empty and closed down.

I think you might find he isn't Cypriot but Dutch.

He speaks fluent Turkish though and you are right, he is a wife beater but she just keeps on going back to him.

I think he uses a lot of hire cars, althoug at one time he did drive a small white jeep.

Am i thinking of the right guy?

depending on the time of day and the alchohol intake he can talk english, turkish or gibberish!
