Forget it unless you like to be kept up all night with the disco noise from ICE which is right beside the Denizkizi hotel. we have a villa close by and through the summer months there is a real problem.

I thought this noise problem had been sorted out?

We are actually staying at the Deniz Kizi not the Royal, will this also be affected by the noise?

Hi Addaweb,

Sorry I did'nt get back to you sooner as I have been back in NC for the past couple of weeks.

The Royal is probably the better place to be as it stands back slightly from the disco sites and is a much nicer place to stay in ,I stayed in Denizkizi hotel last October for 1 night and found it pretty grubby also insufficent water pressure for a shower was unacceptable. To be fair on this trip I felt the disco noise problem was not so bad as last year and thankfully it was only open on Friday and Saturday nights, this could have changed now that the School holidays have started.

If you like this area why not try the Kings Court Hotel its 200 yards up the road from the Denizkizi and has everything you would need and you will avoid the worst of the noise, I'm sure they have a website which may help you make a decision.

Jim.

Lesleyd - can highly recommend Kings Court. We stayed there on and off for about 14 years before buying our own place a couple of years ago. They do have a very good web site.

well we have already booked at the Denizkizi so we will just have to make a fuss if we are not satisfied, thanks for your replies.
