| The TRNC Parliament will convene an extraordinary session tomorrow to prepare a resolution in response to a decision taken by the Greek Cypriot House of Representatives rejecting guarantorship rights.
In a statement on the issue, Parliamentary Speaker Hasan Bozer said the Cyprus Turkish Side will announce to the world that it will never give up the Treaties of Guarantee and Alliance. The Speaker of the Republic's Assembly Hasan Bozer held a press conference today during which he announced that the Parliament will convene in an extraordinary session tomorrow to prepare a counter resolution to declare the Turkish Side’s position regarding the guarantorship rights.

| I do not know the exact wording, but the Treaties of Guarantee and Alliance also said something about Cyprus not joining any political organization that Turkey, Greece, and Britain, did not belong to as well. It seems the EU and the international community just disregards anything that gets in their way, legal or otherwise.
