Hey Guys, just to let you know that, sad to say, we are closing. It's been fun but as so many of you know running a business especially a bar or restaurant out here is financially crippling and unfortunately despite the hope of a busy summer we have come to the conclusion that our business just does not pay!

We would like to say that we do not owe anybody any money and all our suppliers are fully paid (hopefully this will pre-empt any rumours!).



we are having a final Party on Saturday night, all are welcome. we look forward to seeing you

Is this the same bar with this great, very busy opening night? And the best burgers in Northern Cyprus? And all these people who said - after the free food during opening night - "We'll def will come again?". All higher beings help you when certain expats promise to back you up...

Oh dear, I was coming with a friend for lunch on Friday. Does it mean that you are closed NOW and that the party will just be a goodbye?



If so, I will need to go somewhere else for lunch.



And I am so sorry that it has not worked out. I used to go there when it was Chapter 1, and all John's ideas came to naught, probably for the same reasons as you. RTeally sorry. But good luck with whatever you decide to do nex.t

Once again, thanks everyone for the kind thoughts, this is not an easy time for us and it's lovely to know that people thought well of us and our attempts!

Guido and Liz, at least we will now have a chance to come in to eat at your restaurant and give you some support!

This is a real reflection on the catering business in the north that some one of your experience and standard and a great chef cannot make it work, I am having a deja vou with this.

They were the best burgers, and yes it was friendly, and yes you had the prettiest bar staff, so I can only conclude that Steve and I did not drink enough when we were in....



Will try to make up for it tomorrow night!

We are very sad to see you close, we spent quite a few nights there, the last time we were over last September, now will have to find another place for our coming trip at the end of this month.



Where, will all the Rugby boys go now? Does anyone know, where they will be drinking, as we need to touch base with them whilst we are over.
