Any kind person willing to bring me back a lightweight garment (about the weight of a pair of tights). I need it by middle/end March. I will order on line from the UK and send to your address so you can bring it back. Thanks.

Ditto, if very light weight, leave 6th March. Email shown in members list.

Sorry to be cheeky everyone but is there any chance I could jump on the band wagon and ask if someone could bring me something out from the UK too? My hubby needs to use Selsun shampoo - from Boots, it's a treatment shampoo for itchy scalp and it's the only thing that seems to help. We've none left and could do with a couple of bottles bringing out to us. If someone wouldn't mind, I could pop over to see you to give you some money - wouldn't want you to be out of pocket - it's about £7 per bottle I think.

Many thanks anyone who can help.

Pippie,

I buy it for my husband from the local chemist shops here in the TRNC.

Thanks so much Scoobydoo. I never thought it'd be here cos we can never find it anywhere else at home. Do you know how much it is here? Thanks.

Pippie,

I really cannot remember because they only had big bottles at this particular chemist so I bought one and it seems to last forever as he only uses it once a week to ten days.

It may well be dearer than UK but it could be used as an alternative for you if you are struggling to get someone to bring some out.

I note that you live in Karakum, I have bought it from the chemist in Catalkoy on the main road next to Donaghy and Beyler and the chemist at the bottom of the Bellapais hill near where Mugs used to be.

Great, thanks, I'll check the one out in Çatalköy tomorrow. Better than waiting.

If you cannot get it, I am going over next week, back on 10th and have a huge shopping list for Boots.

Actually I used to use Selsun for dandruff (innit?) but I am all better now.

But happy to oblige if you are stuck.
