Greek Deputy Prime Minister Theodoros Pangalos has accused Germany of failing to compensate Greece for Nazi occupation during World War II.

Mr Pangalos made the remarks during a wide-ranging BBC interview about Greece's financial difficulties.

Don't you just love the EU!

Them bloody Italians .If them Romans had paid reparations for occupying Britannia us Angles wouldnt have such a huge national debt.

Greeks, never did a nation start off so well, and so soon return to obscurity and backwardness.

300 Spartans, democracy etc, then a thousand years of downhill.
