Just to let you know that we completed the 50k walk from Larnaca Airport to Nocosia yesterday in just over 9 hours.

Suffice to say, the body is a little sore this morning, my legs don't feel as though they are my own and I have a blister the size of the Isle of Wight on my right foot !!!



On the plus side, I did lose over 6lb in weight



We have raised over €1000 for the charity with more money to come in. If anyone would wish to donate, they can do so at:
