I've seen that there is a Wednesday market in Girne, I'm going to check that out.

I've also seen the ads on here for the boot fair/market for the next few sundays at Pembegul Garden Centre. Is that a regular Sunday thing? I know the Sunday market in Karakum is a regular one.

And, I know there's the daily market in Nicosia but it's too far to travel every single day.

What other regular markets do we have around this area?

And does anyone know the cost of getting stalls?

Thanks for your help.

Ian and I run the Chateau Lambousa Market in Lapta on Saturdays between 08:00-13:30. It has between 60 and 120 stalls depending on season.

Standardised stalls, trestles and chairs are provided for 15TL per stall. There is provision for upto 48 (reduced-size) stalls to go inside in inclement weather.

Parking runs to 3 acres and is free.

In Spring and Autumn we regularly have 2,000 persons throught the doors.

Call Ian on 0533 873 0301 for details.

The Wednesday market Girne is one of the largest and most varied I've seen outside of major cities.

I don't think you will disappointed..
