Hi everyone, here is your chance to impress your loved one or your friends by improving your culinary skills. As lilli mentioned before, wednesday 10 march @10.00 we are starting this season cookery course. we will cover most aspects of basic cooking from make good stocks, to fillet a fish, to prepare sauces, to make pasta, how to present what we cooked, etc. etc. We will eat everything we cook so come prepare to eat and drink. The duration of the course is 6 weeks one lesson per week, the cost still the same as last year, 100Tl per person per lesson and if you pay in advance in full for the all course the cost will be 550Tl. i will take no more than ten students so i can follow the progress of each one of you. Go for it. I did it two years ago and still use all the recipes and tips.



You will never get the opportunity to cook restaurant quality dishes, unless shown by the chef in a "live" situation.



Each week, we learnt how to cook at least 6 different dishes, with many variations. During every lesson I took about 20 pages of notes!



Even those of you that can follow new recipes 100% accurately will benefit.

Sounds like a very good idea. I would go if I was living over there. LOve watching these

cookery programmes on t.v. When I married, very young, I knew nothing much but learned

from books, my dear aunts, and my husband taught me how to cook Indian food. Still much

to learn though!
