| Hi everybody,
ADA Fm is back on air after being off since last Thursday. I will be standing in for Max Pickup on his 'Thumb a Ride with Max' Northern Soul music show on Wednesday evening between 6 and 7 o'clock whilst he still away on holiday. I will also be standing in for Maggie White on her 'Maggie Meets.....' show on Friday evening, again between 6 and 7 o'clock. My guest will be Helen Fields who is a 'reflexologist' and 'alternative therapist'. Unfortunately, Alan's White's 'Drive Time' show this Thursday evening will not be going out. As usual I will be on air with my own 'Golden Oldies' show on Sunday between 1-30 and 3pm.

| Either 96.3 fm (not 96.2 fm as is given on the official site address) on the west side of the country or 93.8 fm on the east side. If you can't get it on your radio you should be able to get it on the computer by typing in adatv.tv then click onto the radio site. Be warned though as on occasions the signal doesn't come through. |
