Hi Weve bought on Pearl Bay(A2A) and have noticed that the "arched pergola"on some properties are now wooden pergolas. Does anyone know the reason why. Also it would be good to chat to PB owners as things finally seem to be moving Lisa

Lisa this issue was raised on this forum not so long ago. I'll see if I can find the thread and you can then get in touch with the owner who raised it and also see the advice given.

Also can't see it but I know I did read it! Amazed that when you look under some of the complaints section they have wiped all threads about certain builders. No longer can readers be made aware of all those complaints/opinions about Santa Fe for instance. I really do not like this, although I can understand the legal implications, it does not allow the forum to warn buyers and that allows people to fall in the same old trap.
