Jenson Button is in my office at the moment driving a black cab (walkers chrisp ad)

jls are at the Bell Hotel now,tomorrow we have Pam Anderson,Marco White,Gary Lineaker,Frank Lampard,Al Murray.

Such excitement,my daughter and grandchildren had pictures with JLS and Jenson Button you would think they had won the lottery.

=> You're right, Teresa, and I don't doubt that Sandwich is a very interesting village once in a while. But I really wish more people in the UK and elsewhere were more interested in the daily life in TRNC, its people, villages and towns - on this TRNC board. How many questions do you recall or read about the latter? I do my best to raise interest in some segments of TRNC, but I know I can't do it all by myself. And before someone asks: no, nobody requested me to promote TRNC - but I'll do it all the same.

harita - JLS are a 'Boy Band' - very popular in the UK.



Sandwich has come a long way since I was a kid Used to live just outside of Dartford.

Terisa How long ago(serving chips) when you see the ad "fat Kev" and son in law Dean will feature in it.

Hans i am very interested what goes on in TRNC and cant wait to be back on 19th this month,just thought a little excitement in our lives in Sandwich may interest some in TRNC

Dave we moved out here 7 years ago, but we have owned ossies since 1996, now rent it out to Omer, i also set up Dreams Bridal and ran it for 2 years before Barbara took over.

Lots of very happy memories but no way would i swap living here.

Teresa My Bistro is opposite Dreams but i have sold it and hand over on the 17th of this month and hope to spend much more time in TRNC . will be back over to Karsiyaka on 19th.
