Can anyone recommend any company / firm that they have used for general building maintenance / decorating. plus central heating installation.

Unless you buy a property with centrasl heating already installed, it is not worth putting it in in my opinion. It is both very expensive to install and to run. You would only need to run it for 10 weeks of the year, far better to look at other options, like a wood burner or use warm air from A/C units. or a mixture of electric radiators even parafin stoves.

i have a company and know how much it costs every monday when i get out of bed there is no work at a decent wage we all know that unless you are lucky you cant pay a good wage out here because the goverment demand so much it is not negative it is the truth come try at your own costs i know people that have been here 2 yrs still trying to sort there way through the paper work if i would have known £40k down the line i dont think i would have bothered or believed the costs kirk
