Hello All

After some general info or a pointer in the right direction on personal and company taxation in NC, please feel free to add anything you feel relevant. I have kept figures rounded just for ease!!

As a married man on a wage of £12,000 GBP a year how much do the government take off you in tax and any national insurance (or equivalent)?? I am aware that this would be an above average wage for the area.

What taxes are applied to business related turnover?? For example a business that turns over £120,000 a year and shows a £12,000 profit.

I have read on pages of Cyprus44 that incentives are on offer from the government for foreign nationals to set up new business ventures. Does anyone know this to be true and if so is there a web page I can visit to read up on the situation??

Is it true that you only pay 1% interest on money borrowed??

Is there a tax on savings and is it true that you can get around 8% interest per £100,000 invested in a standard bank accoun
